Warranty Terms

The product is covered by a one-year warranty from the date of shipment. The warranty covers product damage, excluding damage caused by human error or natural disasters, and does not apply to consumable parts. *Note: Batteries are consumable parts.

This warranty does not cover malfunctions caused by factors other than defects in the product itself, including but not limited to the following:

A. Natural disasters, earthquakes, lightning strikes, and other unexpected accidents.
B. Misuse/abuse/misuse (such as unauthorized removal of the filter, failure to follow the instructions for use, etc.).
C. External damage.
D. Repairs, modifications, or disassemblies performed without the manufacturer's authorization.

All products have a serial number attached, which serves as proof of warranty. In case of loss or damage, we regret that we cannot provide warranty service.
