Warranty conditions

The warranty period is one year from the date of shipment. The warranty terms are product warranty, excluding man-made damage and natural disasters, and do not apply to consumable parts. *Note: Batteries are consumable parts.

This warranty does not cover any failure caused by any factors other than defects in the product itself, including but not limited to the following conditions:

A. Natural disasters, earthquakes, lightning strikes and other accidents.
B. Improper use/abuse/misuse (e.g. removing the filter by yourself, not following the instructions, etc.).
C. Cosmetic damage.
D. Repair, modification, or disassembly by unauthorized personnel.

All product items are labeled with serial numbers which serve as proof of warranty. If lost or damaged, we will be unable to provide warranty service.
